Owner, admin, instructor and front-desk roles, tuned per person where the defaults do not fit, plus a place for staff to log their own hours and a two-step approval before any of it counts.
What You Get

- Staff log their own hours — a start and end time, or just a duration — then submit the sheet
- A reviewer approves or rejects it; a rejection needs a reason, and a rejected sheet can be fixed and sent back
- Approved is final, and nobody approves their own hours — bar a sole owner, who has no second reviewer
- Hours are per studio, so someone teaching at two locations keeps two separate sheets
- Every submission and decision is recorded, alongside a studio-wide audit log of who changed what
