Know your way around
User guides
Three people use Catomni, and they use it very differently. Each guide is written for one of them — the real screens, the real button names, and the things that catch people out.
Studio owner
Create the studio, brand it, hire the team, fill the calendar, and turn on payments. The owner account is the only one that can do several of these.

Join a studio, add your children, check them in, follow the schedule and their progress, and manage the card, pauses and cancellations.

- Studio owner
- You created the studio, or Catomni set it up for you. You are the only account that can connect Stripe, manage staff access, or delete the studio.
- Instructor
- You teach classes. You check students in, write session reports, set homework, award milestones, and log your hours.
- Family
- You are a parent or guardian with children at a studio. You use the portal — schedule, progress, billing and messages.
Admin and front-desk accounts sit between the owner and instructor guides. Start with the studio owner guide — it marks the handful of things only an owner can do.
